The Supreme Court has upheld birthright citizenship, overruling an executive order signed by President Donald Trump on the first day of his second term.
Elora Mukherjee, a clinical professor of law at Columbia Law School, as well as the director of the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, joined “News All Day” to react to the ruling.
