Last week’s primaries yielded mixed results for organized labor and candidates who were backed by New York’s Working Families Party.

Two of the three Working Families Party candidates lost their bid for Congress, while they also saw both wins and losses for state Legislature races here in New York City.

Meanwhile, all but one of the candidates backed by the city’s Democratic Socialists of America chapter won their races.

Jasmine Gripper, the director of the New York Working Families Party, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to discuss more.
