Central Astoria LDC’s 42nd Annual Independence Day Celebration on Thursday, June 25 was a night to remember. Astoria Park was packed with thousands of community members and visitors who came together to celebrate one of Queens’ most anticipated iconic summer traditions and it did not disappoint. At 9: 15 pm, all eyes turned to the sky for a jaw-dropping fireworks display by Grucci. The bursts of color and light captured the joy and magic of Independence Day in a way only fireworks can.
