One person was injured after a northbound 4 train was struck by a tree branch Saturday night, according to FDNY and NYPD.
Police say a tree branch broke off and hit the train as it was approaching the 161 Street station around 8:30 p.m.
Authorities have not disclosed the injured person’s condition.
Train service was suspended between Woodlawn and 149th Street–Grand Concourse as all passengers were evacuated from the train.
