Another closure on I-81 in the Syracuse area begins Monday.
Crews will be shutting down the ramp from I-81 northbound to the Thruway, beginning at 6 p.m. Monday. Officials say they are repaving that off ramp until 6 a.m. Tuesday.
The posted detour has drivers getting off at the Mattydale exit, where they can get back on I-81 and get on the Thruway from the southbound lanes.
As always, construction is weather dependent.
