(Brooklyn Park, MN) — Police are investigating a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a juvenile boy in Brooklyn Park. Officers were called to Hartkopf Park just before 10:45 Sunday night on reports of gunfire. Despite lifesaving efforts, the victim died at the scene. Authorities have not released the boy’s identity, announced any arrests, or said what may have led to the shooting. The investigation remains active.
