This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Prospect Park South, Madison, Sheepshead Bay, and East Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, for those looking for room to spread out, an early 20th century house in Prospect Park South offers a generous amount of space inside and out. This former House of the Day sold in June for $2.45 million, which was $1 million under the original asking price.

In Madison, a corner lot house has a Tudor-inspired facade and a separate two-car garage. The circa 1940 tax photo of the exterior shows that many of its details are intact, including the urns on either side of the stoop. This former Open House Pick is still available at $1.8 million, a price cut of $100,000.

This single-family house in Sheepshead Bay sits on a lot that stretches through the block and includes a garage. The circa 1940 tax photo shows the house once had a bracketed cornice. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.5 million, which was $199,000 under the listing price.

Finally, this two-family brick row house in East Flatbush has one unit per floor and has a driveway. This former Open House Pick sold in April for $837,000, which was $38,000 over the asking price.
