MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A teen was arrested late Tuesday in connection with contributing to a child’s misconduct and other offenses in Manhattan, Riley County Police officials said.
Terriundis Merrill Toliver Jr., 19, of Manhattan, was arrested 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Blue Valley Trailer Court in the 700 block of Allen Road on the northeast side of Manhattan.

Following his arrest, Toliver was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with contributing to a child’s misconduct; transporting an open container; reckless driving; operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, liquor consumption or sale of liquor by a minor; and possession of marijuana
Toliver was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remained in the Riley County Jail on Wednesday morning, officials said.
