On July 6, 2026, the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (Board) issued a Final Order revoking the license of a Manhattan-area chiropractor who was convicted of 46 felonies and five class A misdemeanors in September of 2025.

Convictions include four felony convictions of rape and 40 felony convictions of aggravated sexual battery.

A filing to revoke his license was submitted in September 2025 and a formal hearing by the Board was conducted on April 10, 2026.

According to the court documents, he is currently serving a 27 and a half year prison sentence.
