Police are looking for a suspect who beat someone with a scooter in Brooklyn.

The NYPD is looking for a suspect who beat someone with a scooter in Brooklyn this week.

According to police, at 9:30 p.m. on July 8, a 68-year-old man and the suspect got into a verbal dispute in front of 1344 Lincoln Pl. During the argument, the suspect grabbed a Razor scooter and hit the victim in the head with it multiple times.

The suspect then fled the scene on foot, heading westbound on Lincoln Place towards Schenectady Avenue. Paramedics took the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County in stable condition.

The NYPD released a photo and video of the suspect taken from nearby surveillance footage.
