ORANGE, New Jersey (WABC) — A fire in Orange left a house charred Saturday morning in the City of Orange, New Jersey.
Reports about the incident came in around 9 a.m. Video obtained by Eyewitness News showed smoke billowing over the city.
A large emergency response decended upon a home Saturday morning in Orange.
It was not immediately clear how the fire started or if there were any injuries.
The Red Cross said it expects to help at least 20 displaced residents.
“Volunteers will provide emergency assistance for temporary lodging, food, clothing, and other immediate needs. Red Cross Disaster Health, Disaster Mental Health, and Spiritual Care Services are also available to the families,” it said in a statement.
