UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (PIX11) — A toddler was found dead at a New York City hotel this week, police said on Saturday morning.
The 16-month-old was found unconscious and unresponsive at the Belnord Hotel on the Upper West Side on Wednesday, according to authorities.

The child was pronounced dead on the scene, officials reported.
It was not immediately made clear whether the child was found inside a hotel room or how the toddler was discovered. The 16-month-old’s cause of death remains under investigation.
