CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State right-handed pitcher Wyatt Queen has been selected in the 11th round, 340th overall, by the Seattle Mariners Sunday in the 2026 MLB First-Year Player Draft.
Queen has spent two seasons in Corvallis, appearing in 42 games, with six starts. He is 4-3 with a 2.85 earned run average, striking out 139 in 94 2/3 innings while holding opponents to a .218 batting average.
The Marysville, Wash., native went 1-2 with a 2.49 ERA in 2026. He struck out 78 in 47 innings, recording two saves with a .205 batting average against.
Queen is the sixth Beaver taken by Seattle all-time and the first since Andrew Moore in 2015.
