Wind Advisory Issued For Western New York
A wind advisory is in place for all of Western New York today from 1 pm on Wednesday until 1 am on Thursday morning. There will be sustained winds of 20-30 miles per hour with wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour.

The gusty winds will impact much of central New York as well. The area is under a wind advisory except in Southern Oneida, Otsego, and Delaware counties. These counties are under a wind warning due to the chance of higher sustained winds.
