A Brooklyn yeshiva was spray-painted with swastikas early Wednesday, the Daily News has learned.

A security guard at Magen David Yeshiva in Gravesend called 911 about 6:30 a.m. after finding two swastikas in red paint on a pillar and window, police said.

Two “half swastikas” or “Zs” were also found painted on the yeshiva, which includes an Orthodox Jewish elementary school, on McDonald Ave. near Avenue T, cops said.

The half swastikas, sometimes referred to as “zwastikas” are used by Russian nationalists who support the invasion of Ukraine.

Police believe the hate symbols were drawn on the building sometime after 12:30 a.m.

School administrators sent an email to parents Wednesday morning informing them of the hateful vandalism.

“Senior officers from the NYPD and Shomrim are actively investigating,”  Principal Rabbi Ezra Cohen-Saban wrote. “We have added extra security on site and will continue to work closely with law enforcement to ensure the safety of our students and staff, which remains our top priority.”

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating. Cops are reviewing surveillance footage to try to identify the vandal.
