Union leader on potential horse carriage ban

The City Council is scheduled to have a hearing on “Romanch’s Law” on Wednesday.

The legislation would phase out horse carriages in the city. It is being opposed by the local chapter of the Transport Workers Union.

Alexander Kemp, administrative vice president at TWU Local 100, sat down with “News All Day” to discuss the legislation.
