The New York Comedy Festival is returning for its 22nd year, bringing hundreds of comedians to stages across the five boroughs this fall.
This year’s festival will feature more than 200 comedians performing in over 100 shows, with a lineup that includes Sarah Sherman, Patty Harrison, Jordan Klepper, Mojo Brooks, Jess Hilarious and Ilana Glazer, along with many others.
Organizers unveiled the lineup earlier this week with the help of local small business owners, highlighting the festival’s ties to New York City’s neighborhoods.
Caroline Hirsch, the festival’s founder and a longtime fixture of New York’s comedy scene, joined “Mornings On 1” to discuss what audiences can expect from this year’s event.
