UPDATE 7/15:
The current search in the town of Dover has concluded. However, the investigation remains active, and additional leads are being pursued by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

UPDATE – Mr. Courtien was last seen wearing a long sleeve black shirt.
The New York State Police in Dover are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Ryan Courtien, 49, of Dover, New York.
Courtien was last seen at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the vicinity of Waldo Road in Dover, New York. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing tan pants and a black T-shirt.
