MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – Riley County police on Wednesday arrested a man in Manhattan on a warrant charging him with burglary and theft, officials said.
The arrested man, identified as William Joseph Brown, 44, of Washington, Kansas, was taken into custody at approximately 3 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center.

Brown was arrested on a Dickinson County District Court warrant charging him with theft of property or services; burglary to a non-dwelling; and burglary of a vehicle.
Brown was issued a total bond of $10,000 and was being held Thursday in the Dickinson County Jail in Abilene.
