NEW YORK MILLS, N.Y. — Autopsy results have been released for a New York Mills woman following a “concealment of a human corpse” investigation.
Two people from New York Mills were arrested after police found a deceased woman inside a home on New Hartford Street.
New York State Police said 84-year-old June Green died of natural causes sometime between October and November of last year.
Her body was found in June.
Police said Green’s daughter, Jaime Green, and the daughter’s boyfriend, Shannon McLennan, are charged with concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence.
New York Mills police found Green’s body during a welfare check at the home.
The NYSP is investigating why her death was not reported sooner.
