Suspect in custody after explosion outside federal building in NYC

A suspect is in custody after setting off an explosive device outside a federal building in New York City on Monday, according to the FBI.

Two people suffered minor injuries, according to FBI Director Kash Patel.

Video above shows the explosion followed by a plume of smoke outside 26 Federal Plaza, which houses a number of government offices, including the New York office of the FBI and an immigration court.

The suspect has not yet been identified.

The FBI New York Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating.
