The NYPD and FBI’s New York Joint Terrorism Task Force are continuing the investigation of the incendiary device that was detonated outside of 26 Federal Plaza Monday.
The NYPD said they responded to calls of an active shooter and explosion outside the federal building.
The 43-year-old suspect and former Army soldier, Andrew Arrabaca, remains in custody.
