Jury selection continues for Canadian man accused of killing daughter in New York
Jury selection continues in Essex County, New York, for the trial of Luciano Frattolin, a Canadian man charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse.
So far, 11 jurors have been seated in the trial, which is taking place in Elizabethtown.
A video provided shows Frattolin leaving the courtroom.
Prosecutors allege that Frattolin killed his daughter, Melina, while on vacation in the North Country last July and then fabricated a story claiming she had been abducted. Her body was found in a shallow pond in Ticonderoga.
Frattolin has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Opening arguments will begin once 12 jurors and four alternates have been selected.
