A driver in a fit of road rage used a meat cleaver to hack away at a man after the pair got into a fender-bender in Queens early Thursday, cops said.

The attacker got into a crazed argument with the 47-year-old victim after their collision at 26th Ave. and 127 St. in College Point about 5:35 a.m., police said.

As the quarrel escalated, the assailant hacked the victim in the back of the head multiple times with the cleaver.

Medics took the victim to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Queens in stable condition.

The irate driver also sliced the victim in the chest and left arm before driving off in a white vehicle. He has not been caught.
