MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Heading into the last weekend of July, the summer festivities are out in full force.

Two festivals in particular will take over Manhattan this weekend, prompting significant road closures.

The following streets will be closed at the discretion of the NYPD:

Saturday, July 25: Hell’s Kitchen Summer Spectacular

8th Avenue between 42nd Street and 54th Street

Sunday, July 26: Lexington Avenue Summerfest

Lexington Avenue between 42nd Street and 57th Street

Additionally, Summer Streets kicks off this weekend in Queens and Staten Island. Summer Streets offers New Yorkers miles of open roads to walk, run, and bike.

The following streets will be closed at the discretion of the NYPD:

Saturday, July 25: Queens

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Vernon Boulevard between 44th Drive and 30th Road

Sunday, July 26: Staten Island

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Broadway between Harvest Avenue and Richmond Terrace
