MILLERVILLE TOWNSHIP — Alcohol is believed to be a contributing factor in an ATV rollover that left a Brooklyn Park man with suspected serious injuries.

According to a press release from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, on July 23 at approximately 9:24 p.m., Douglas County deputies responded to an ATV rollover near the County Road 7 NW. and Koeplin Road NW. intersection.

It was reported to dispatch an ATV had flipped and was on top of the driver, Wayne Suchy, 64, of Brooklyn Park, the press release reads.

County Road 7 north of Millerville was temporarily shut down while the crash scene was processed, according to the sheriff’s office.

Suchy was transported to the Alomere Health emergency room by North Ambulance.

Other responding agencies were Millerville First Responders, Millerville Fire and Life Link Helicopter.
