MONTGOMERY COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — The New York State Police continue to seek tips in a Montgomery County cold case.

In the early hours of July 25, 2004, 30-year-old Brian Galusha was discovered severely injured on North Green Road in Charleston (Fultonville), NY.

Galusha later died at Albany Medical Center, and his death has been ruled a homicide.

Brian was last seen alive at a house party on South Green Road in Root (Sprakers), NY, the previous evening, roughly four miles from where he was later found.

The NYSP Troop G Major Crimes Unit and SP Fonda continue to investigate.
