On Saturday, July 25, the New York Lottery announced two third-prize winning tickets for the Powerball drawing totaling $100,000.
One winning ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at York Ambe Deli & Grocery LLC, 1661 York Ave in Manhattan.
The second winning ticket, also worth $50,000, was sold at 59 North Plank Road in Newburgh.
Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69, while the red Powerball is drawn separately from a field of one to 26.
Drawings are televised at 10:50 p.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
