This week, a look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focuses on homes in Fort Greene, Beverley Square West, Park Slope, and Flatbush. How did they fare?

First up, in Fort Greene, a recently updated row house retains original details including a pier mirror and plasterwork. This former Open House Pick is still available for $4.25 million, a price cut of $350,000.

This single-family in Beverley Square West has a driveway and garage. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $1.9 million, which was $250,000 under the asking price.

In Park Slope, this isn’t an overly spacious apartment, but the one-bedroom does have some built-in storage, wood floors, picture rails, and an updated kitchen. This former Co-op of the Day sold in June for $780,000, which was $19,000 below the asking price.

Finally, in Flatbush, a roomy one-bedroom close to Ditmas Park appears in move-in condition and includes vintage details like a dining nook, arched doorways, and wood floors. This former Co-op of the Day entered contract in May.
