A search is underway for two missing children in the Passaic River in New Jersey, officials say.
Passaic Mayor Hector Lora said a 10-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl went into the water.
The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office says they were called by the Passaic City Drone Department to assist on a search for missing minors.
The Paterson Office of Emergency Management also said some units were helping out in a water incident at the Passaic River.
Wallington fire officials said they were also assisting in a water search with their marine units.
