Luis Gonzalez Jr., 26, and Kitrina Udrea, 23, were sentenced to five years of probation on Thursday, according to the district attorney’s office in Buffalo, New York. They have served just 45 days in prison before pleading guilty, according to Just the News. The defendants admitted they “recklessly killed” their two-and-a-half month old daughter because of neglect.
