NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Clouds dominate the region on Sunday morning, but temperatures will still run warm, topping out in the mid‑ to upper 80s.

Futurecast shows breaks of sunshine developing through the afternoon, before clouds return in the evening. Overnight, shower chances increase across the area as a more unsettled pattern moves in.

The next three days bring a mix of changes.

Monday reaches the mid‑80s with a few late‑day showers. It’s the trouble spot, with a weather alert in effect for rounds of rain and thunderstorms.

Conditions trend drier by Tuesday.
