QUEENS, N.Y. (PIX11) — A man found dead with multiple stab wounds in broad daylight on Saturday has been identified, police said.
The victim, Carlos Penzo, 36, of Queens was found unconscious and unresponsive on Hunter Street on the Long Island City neighborhood in Queens.
Penzo suffered numerous stab wounds throughout his body, according to police. EMS pronounced him dead at the scene.
The address where the victim was found is listed as a high‑end luxury rental on StreetEasy.
The case is being investigated as a homicide. No arrests have been announced yet.
No other information was released by police.
