LAURENS, N.Y. — A man who was missing for weeks has been found deceased in a wooded area off St. Hwy. 205 in the Town of Laurens.
New York State Police said Daniel E. Conklin, 38, was last seen on July 14 walking along St. Hwy. 205 near the Mirabito in Laurens.
His body was found on Aug. 3.
The investigation is continuing, and his cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner.
