Brooklyn Beckham is celebrating a milestone with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham, marking one year since the couple renewed their wedding vows with a heartfelt message dedicated to his “absolute princess.”
The couple commemorated their one year anniversary on Tuesday, Aug. 4, by dedicating Instagram posts for each other on their respective accounts. Although their actual wedding took place in April 2022, the couple renewed their vows in August 2025, in an intimate New York ceremony, which was notably missing the groom’s family.
“Happy anniversary Nicola I can’t tell you how much I love you,” Beckham, 27, wrote in his post featuring two pictures of the loved up couple. “You are my best friend and I love you more than life itself xx I am so lucky to be able to call you my wife xx you are my absolute princess and I promise to always protect you xx ❤️.”
Peltz Beckham, 31, dedicated an Instagram post for their anniversary featuring a picture of the couple kissing, writing, “happy anniversary my love 💖 you make life so beautiful. thank you for being the most amazing husband I could ever dream of.”
In an interview with People Magazine, Beckham recalled his “beautiful” vow renewal ceremony, which took place on Aug. 2, 2025. The photographer and aspiring cook added: “To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her.”

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, the eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham, took to Instagram on Jan. 19 to break his silence about his relationship with his parents after years of speculation of family turmoil.
The 26-year-old wrote in a string of lengthy Instagram Stories that he does “not want to reconcile with my family” and made claims about the way his family, specifically his mother, have treated his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham.
“My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation,” he said. “All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”

“Weeks before our big day, my parents repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe me into signing away the rights to my name, which would have affected me, my wife, and our future children,” Brooklyn Beckham wrote on his Instagram.

The 27-year-old said he has “been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private,” but that he had “no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed.”
In the statement, he outlined some of the events that unfolded on his wedding day. “My mum cancelled making Nicola’s dress in the eleventh hour despite how excited she was to wear her design, forcing her to urgently find a new dress,” he wrote.
As a result of all the drama, the oldest son of the famous couple has decided he does “not want to reconcile” with his family, who have been spotted without him at World Cup matches this summer and in other family outings.
