The New York State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Philip Briggs Jr., 29 of Deposit.
Briggs Jr. is wanted for questioning in connection with an incident that occurred during the early morning hours of August 4, 2026, on County Road 19, in the town of Deposit.
Brigg Jr. is described as a white male, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, approximately 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
