There was no better borough to end his tour of the city’s Night Out Against Crime than Queens, Mayor Mandami told an excited crowd in Rufus King Park, before handing out a proclamation to the 103rd Precinct’s commander, Deputy Inspector Genienne King.
Here, everyone was partying, including Cathleen McCadden Benjamin, a rep for Gov. Hochul, far right, as well as 103rd Officer Joseph Cho and Det. Avery Lucas.
Over at Baisley Pond Park, the 113th set up shop, with auxiliary officers, top center, joined here by regular Officers Waqas Bhattr, Jordan Cutler and Elijah Richardson. Helping hand out food was officer Benjamin Laudone, top right. Riding horses was popular there too, with Domino Reid, center left, helping wrangle.
Ernesto Revello and Lilou Narine, center, shared a moment, recent grads of the nearby High School for Law Enforcement and Public Safety High School, where they met.
