The 66-year-old man killed in an apparent hit-and-run on 9th Avenue early Saturday has been identified as Chester “Chet” Mazur, a Hell’s Kitchen resident who lived on W55th Street between 9th and 10th Avenues.

Police have also arrested and charged a 61-year-old man in connection with the collision.
