According to the unofficial results from the Minnesota Secretary of State, Hollies J. Winston and Shelle Page received the highest amount of votes in the August primary and will advance to the general election for Brooklyn Park mayor.
Winston took 5,639 votes or 48.6% of the vote and Page took 3,167 votes or 27.3% of the vote.
Hollies Winston
Winston is an incumbent in this race, having served as Brooklyn Park mayor since January 2023. He works as a consultant.
Shelle Page
Page has represented the Central District on the Brooklyn Park City Council since January 2025. She works as a mortgage lender.
The two remaining candidates accounted for 24.1% of the vote: Boyd Morson took 1,660 votes and Maria Tran took 1,141 votes.
Winston and Page are now set to square off in the Tuesday, Nov. 3 general election. The winner will take the oath of office and begin serving their four-year term in January.
