First up, this grand Crown Heights limestone hit the market again after renovations that have left its most impressive details in place. This former House of the Day sold in July for $4.125 million, which was $125,000 under the asking price.
In Bed Stuy, this brownstone was renovated and still has some period details, including mantels, pocket doors, and moldings. This former Open House Pick sold in June for $3.05 million, which was $100,000 under the asking price.
In Flatbush, a brick row house is a two-family with updated kitchens. This former Open House Pick entered contract in May.
Finally, in Cypress Hills near Highland Park, a brick semi-detached house has wood floors and arched doorways. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in June.
