BROOKLYN HEIGHTS — THE CHEFS WHO moved their high-end restaurant Confidant from Industry City to Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Heights are opening on Thursday an informal wine-and-pizza cafe right next door, according to Grub Street.
Frenzie — located at 129 Atlantic Ave. near Henry Street — will serve 14-inch sourdough pies, seasonal small plates and artisanal wines until midnight on weeknights and 2 a.m. on weekends.
Chefs Brendan Kelley and Daniel Grossman told Grub Street they originally planned to turn the adjoining storefront into an all-day cafe, but after noticing a stream of late-night customers filling Confidant, decided to cater to that crowd.
