On August 13, 2026, at approximately 5:07 a.m., the New York State Police Troop D Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team (VGNET), with assistance from the Special Operations Response Team (SORT), Community Stabilization Unit (CSU), Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), uniformed members, and State Police K-9 Unit, executed a search warrant at 115 S. Alvord Street in the city of Syracuse.

As a result of the search warrant, investigators seized approximately:

Starlin D. Lawrence, 41, of Syracuse, was arrested for

Baker, Lawrence, and Johnson were transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center to await centralized arraignment.
