MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man was being held on a $201,000 bond in the Riley County Jail after his Thursday arrest in connection with multiple offenses in Manhattan, officials said.
The arrested man was identified as Adrian Tyrone Watson, 56, of Manhattan.
Riley County police arrested Watson at approximately 8:34 p.m. on Thursday in the 4400 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard, officials said.

Watson was taken into custody on a pair of Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear and another for probation violation, officials said.
The arrest stems from original charges of violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act; three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; and one count each of criminal threat and battery; as well as violation of a protection order, according to Riley County Police officials.
Watson was also arrested in connection with interference with a law enforcement officer; theft of property or services; and criminal deprivation of property on a report originally filed in April 2026.
Watson remained Friday in the Riley County Jail, officials said.
