EAST FLATBUSH, Brooklyn (PIX11) — A 64-year-old man was stabbed in the face and body during a fight with an acquaintance in his Brooklyn apartment early Thursday, police said.
The man was attacked inside his residence on Winthrop Street in East Flatbush at around 6:40 a.m., according to the NYPD.
The 64-year-old was knifed multiple times in the face and once in the left arm and right hand, police said. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Authorities said the victim got into a fight with an acquaintance before he was stabbed.
Police are searchig for the man who fled the scene after the attack.
