THE BRONX, N.Y. (PIX11) — A 17-year-old boy was shot twice in the chest in broad daylight in the Bronx on Friday, police said.
The teen was shot in the back of an apartment building near Prospect Avenue and East 183rd Street in Belmont at around 2:40 p.m., according to the NYPD.
The boy was rushed to the hospital and is clinging to life, police said.
The shooter ran off with several people wearing Amazon vests, according to the NYPD.
There have been no arrests.
