SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The New York State Police Troop D Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team, with assistance from the Special Operations Response Team, Community Stabilization Unit, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, uniformed members, and the State Police K-9 Unit, recently executed a search warrant at 115 S. Alvord St. in the city of Syracuse, according to state police.
As a result of the search warrant, investigators said they seized approximately:
– 8.4 grams of crack-cocaine.
– 7.9 grams of fentanyl.
– 13.7 grams of cocaine.
– two grams of psilocybin.
– packaging materials.
– cutting agent.
Authorities said they arrested and charged the following individuals:
Raisaun D. Baker, 28, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with:
– two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
– third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
– fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony.
Starlin D. Lawrence, 41, Syracuse, was arrested and charged with:
– third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony.
– two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.
– criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.
Darrin F. Johnson, 30, of Syracuse, was arrested and charged with:
– two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.
Authorities said they transported Baker, Lawrence and Johnson to the Onondaga County Justice Center to await centralized arraignment.
