The video, reportedly recorded about three months before her death, shows the “Heroes” and “Nashville” star walking down the street and repeatedly looking around while photographers follow her.
Some viewers have interpreted her behavior as nervous, although there is no verified evidence connecting what happened in this video to her death.
Panettiere died Sunday at just 36 years old after being found unresponsive at a residence in Greenville, South Carolina. Authorities say there are currently no signs of foul play, but the investigation remains ongoing and an official cause of death has not yet been determined.
