Construction fencing and greenboards have sparked curiosity, with many wondering whether The Wicked Monk, the popular Bay Ridge pub, is finally making the move. A liquor license application said The Wicked Monk is slated to occupy 1890, 1892 and 1894 Victory Blvd. Calls to the Bay Ridge location were not returned by deadline. The pub opened in 1994, has been at its current home on Third Avenue since 2012, and is known for its draft beer selection and live music performances.
