Fairgoers with a sweet tooth will have two new treats to try at this year’s Great New York State Fair and both are made in Central New York.
Ice Cream Sundae Bark and Peanut Butter Popcorn Brittle have been added as two new official fair candies. The candies are being made exclusively for the fair by Hercules Candy Company based in East Syracuse.

Ice Cream Sundae Bark includes milk and white chocolate with waffle cone chips, marshmallows, cherries and sprinkles. Peanut Butter Popcorn Brittle includes popcorn, peanut butter and salt.
The treats will be available while supplies last. They can be found at the Fair merch truck near the Main Gate and at the merch store inside the Horticulture Building.
