Boston travelers can visit the Big Apple for $19 on a new route launched by OurBus.

Fenway Park ranked No. 3 in a new MLB stadium ranking. Yankee Stadium? No. 18.

OurBus, which contracts out to independent coach companies, announced a new route from Boston’s South Station to New York City.

Travelers can get promotional one-way fares starting at $19 on select travel dates in August and September. Additional service to Baltimore and Washington, D.C. will begin Aug. 20 and cost $29.

A South Station expansion has increased the terminal’s capacity by 50 percent and added more convenient connections to the commuter rail and subway, the company noted.

“South Station has long been the missing piece for us in Boston,” Axel Hellman, co-founder of OurBus, said in a statement. “Our customers have asked for the convenience of traveling directly from the city’s main transportation hub, and we’re excited to now give them that option while continuing to offer the affordable and flexible service they expect from OurBus.”

Onboard amenities for OurBus customers include free water and WiFi, restrooms, charging ports, live GPS tracking, and 24/7 rider support.

OurBus was founded in 2016 and connects more than 300 destinations nationwide. The company has pickup and drop-off points across Greater Boston, including at Back Bay, Northeastern University, and Boston College.

Travelers can view schedules, fares, and book tickets at ourbus.com or through the OurBus app.
